Thomas Associates land development services provides the experienced background to investigate the needs of their clients regarding a proposed land development. We can assist client projects within a specific municipality's jurisdiction, and, make recommendations concerning compliance with all requirements necessary for a project approval.
The company is experienced in advising clients on matters of land use proposals which would require a public hearing before the various decision making bodies involved in reviewing a project. We have extensive working knowledge of the Subdivision Map Act, the California Environmental Quality Act, the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances of the local communities within Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo Counties.
Our focus is on identifying and marketing viable development opportunities, and providing professional entitlement permit processing services to developers, land owners, engineers, and architects.
